Pass and Fail

The Pass

Wee! Got silver for NAPFA today. So happy! silver means what? NO PTP (no need go in army extra 2 months earlier). Thanks my classmates who were there to support me (kinda weird to have supporters during NAPFA though). and special thanks to HER. hehe you know who...

Below are my NAPFA results:
Pull-up: 7
Shuttle Run: 10.4s
Sit-up: 40
Sit and Reach: 51 cm
Standing Broad Jump: 223 cm
2.4 km Run/Jog: 12 min 15 s

Did over 20 tries of standing broad jump and finally got my marginal pass and the tester almost missed out one lap for my 2.4, scare me to death!!! LOLS but anyway, felt happy and relieved overall.

The Fail

hais i failed HER test today. although i am abit sad, i have learnt my lesson. I will improve de!!! JIAYOU!
