today i did something really 伟大。haha guess what? i decided to teach mel cycling. haha OEI!! dont laugh ah! Anyway I am a CERTIFIED COACH hor! for taekwondo. LOL anyway wait wait wait..let me finish the story first before i give u another conclusion. wahahaha

Today met mel at my house after her tuition. Initially I decided to bring her to ECP to learn but there abit boring and same old environment. So the intelligent me brought her to Pasir Ris Park instead. haha.
The excited us on the bus...

At first when we reach there, we saw this:
Then she turned very excited coz she tot i bringing her in there and she dunno wad are my plans for the day. HAHAHA but i said: NO MEL!! not there. this place will be part of my bigger plans. This is where we are going:
After knowing where we are heading, she RARHH-ed. LOL cute her. so in the end, i gave her cycling lessons. We went to the bicycle rental shop, chose a normal bike and i was pondering how much time should i rent. First i said 1 hour. then i tot again...1 hour shouldnt be enuff..LOL coz i used to take 3 hours to learn. then i decided for 2 hours since i have a BRILLIANT STUDENT.
So for the first one hour, i taught her all the SOPs of riding a bicycle, support her bike while she learn to understand the cycling momentum, braking and other minor minor stuff. then after that, i start to give her some independency by supporting her for awhile before letting go and push. First, she did it for 1 metre before stopping, then 2 metres, then 3 metres, then many many metres. LOL. okay she roughly know how to balance liao. then i taught her how to brake in time and also to avoid obstacles. Well for the brake in time portion, at first she abit lag. LOL dunno why also. i was like 1 m away from her and asked her to stop. as u know, sound travels at 300m/s, it took her 5 s before stopping. hmm is my voice travelling too slowly? hehe..
well for avoiding obstacles, i found out that her bike likes to go towards human, grass and the rubbish bins. LOL Sorry ah mel...today kept asking u to cycle between rubbish bins.
After 1.5 hours, i finally declared mel for successfully learning how to cycle.. YAY!!! well for the remaining 0.5 hours is just getting used to the bike and being comfortable with it. RIMMEL CHOONG EE TENG has officially graduated from Devester Cycling Academy in 1.5 hours with no injuries. She got First Class Honours. =PP

After that, we rent a double bike for 1 hour and cycle the whole of Pasir Ris Park. SO FUN!!! hehe

Went to have some durian snacks (YUMYUM!!!) before heading to nearby restaurant for zhi char.
